08 - Pain Meat Weed

In this episode I move the focus of the show to the chronic pain patient and begin by asking the listener to consider three questions to help get them out of the ruts of chronic pain and thinking about new ideas and behaviours to be conducted by the well-version of themselves.

In this section I attempt to relate the uniqueness and importance of the fascial system inside each of our bodies. Until I started the wholesale tearing of the fascial adhesions that were found throughout my own body, I would not have understood the research that I discuss today in the same way. I hope to pass some of that understanding on to the listener.

In the cannabis section today I give the listener an idea of what visiting an American dispensary is like (as of 2020/2021) and what you might expect to find inside one for products and service. I also begin to set the frame for experimenting on yourself using cannabinoids
