This is the end of my PTSD brain dump, thank you for listening. Be careful as there is an F-bomb at 40:57!
On a windy day from Lake Havasu, I announce in this show that the Vancast is getting an upgrade! But first I talk about my last trip to SoCal, during which my leg began to suddenly regain function, I understate the population of Oklahoma by 25% when citingvthe ridiculous number of disoensaries there, and discuss a little of why #vanlife has been so thoroughly healing for me.
I briefly get excited on the topic of dosing cannabinoids and continue to try to share some of my personal experience in combatting life-altering pain for just shy of 20 years now. Most importantly, show 007 is the last of an era of almost un-structured attempts at telling difficult personal stories.
The updated show will become bi-weekly (conditions allowing) starting with 008 and will consist of three segments:
Chronic Pain
Fascia
Cannabis
. . .don't worry, some more crazy stories (when relevant) from my personal experience will surely be scattered within. The show is going to become a bit more technical, but I will make all attempts to explain things in a way folks can understand. I reserve the right to be wrong and this is not and will never be medical advice. Take it from someone that knows the value of health, and take full responsibility for your own by using this show only to generate ideas on how you might improve your medical condition.
